Thanks to a generous matching grant from the Levitt Family Foundation and multiple local sponsors, Scandia Heritage Alliance will host seven FREE concerts in the heart of Scandia this August and September. From lively Wednesday evenings to special festival celebrations, the series will transform the Village enter into a welcoming gathering place full of music, food, and small-town summer magic.
Five concerts will be held on Wednesday evenings in partnership with the Scandia Farmers Market. Enjoy vendors and food trucks from 3-8 pm, and then settle in for live music from 6-8 pm. Families can also enjoy kid-friendly activities such as art stations, bubbles, and playful contests that make the evening fun for all ages. Handicap parking and wheelchair seating will be available next to the concert lawn.
Two special Saturday events at Gammelgården Museum will round out the series: a Levitt feature performance during Spelmansstämman Music Festival on Aug. 15, and a celebratory finale concert following the Scandia Taco Daze Parade on Sept. 12.

Scandia is entering an exciting new chapter this summer as Osceola Medical Center prepares to open the new Scandia Clinic — bringing expanded healthcare services closer to home for residents throughout the community. Conveniently located just south of Highway 97 at 21190 Ozark Avenue North, the new clinic will offer family medicine, urgent care, imaging, lab services, an on-site pharmacy, and visiting specialists --helping make high-quality care more accessible for families in the St. Croix Valley.
As the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 Levitt AMP Scandia Music Series, Osceola Medical Center is also investing in another important part of community well-being: connection. Research supported by the Levitt Foundation has shown that free live music experiences can strengthen social bonds, reduce isolation, and support positive mental health by bringing neighbors together in welcoming public spaces.
“We are honored to support the Levitt AMP Scandia Music Series and the opportunity it creates for people to gather, connect, and enjoy the joy of live music together,” said Kelly Macken-Marble, CEO of Osceola Medical Center. “Healthy communities are built not only through healthcare services, but also through meaningful social connections and shared experiences.”
Beginning this August, the free outdoor concert series will bring families, friends, and visitors together in downtown Scandia for evenings filled with music, community, and celebration — helping strengthen the social fabric of the region while creating memorable summer experiences for all ages.
